SUNGO Energy Smart Solar Power Optimisers Put To The Test

Two virtually identical sections of 143 PV panels, at the Gunma Solar PV project in Japan were selected for this side-by-side performance test. One section was fitted with SUNGO Energy’s Smart Solar Power Optimisers, the other section was not.

The monthly energy generation of the optimised and non-optimised sections was measured from September 2020 to August 2021 and showed a peak monthly performance improvement of 26.74% and an average increase in energy generation of 17.34% over the 12-month test.

These results are typical of SUNGO Energy highly cost-effective smart solar optimisers, which have been proven to deliver up to 30% improvement in energy generation across the 2GW of installed optimiser capacity in over 30 countries.
